Fadimatou ArphaDear Madame,
It is with great joy that I very respectfully address to you and your charitable organization my most sincere thanks.
Actually, my name is Fadimatou Ouriha. I had been a beneficiary of your first scholarship promotion last year. I was still in 2nd year middle class. Thanks to this scholarship, I have had a good school year in 6th class with good means. In fact, this scholarship helped me with all that a student can (may) need: uniform, complete school supplies, cost of scholarship. Furthermore, thanks to the supervision meetings with you I could acquire numerous amounts of knowledge (learn many things), about the development of young girl(s) of her body, about her genital organs, about the contraceptive method, about sexually transmitted diseases supported by the manual "MA SKILLZ GIRLS".
I address you one more time with my sincere thanks for all that you have done for education for the young girls in Africa, in general, and in Cameroon, in particular, all in the hope that I would benefit from another scholarship.
Please accept my sincere thanks.

My name is Dicko Jeannette, I am in the 5th class at the Nyambaka school in the Adamawa region. I (allow myself) to thank you for your help, that you have helped me during the 2016/2017 school year. Your help is (was) for me a surprise because you have paid my school cost, to buy my school supplies. I have learned a lot during my meetings. I have learned how school is important for girls, how menstruation happens and at what ages it does not happen any more. It is important for me to continue to attend (school) because I would not have (to worry about marriage). I would not have problems expressing myself because I would have work and in my future that would be important for me.

Sesen Paulos, Peace Corps Volunteer, writes:
I had a group of girls last year receive the scholarship and we did activities twice a month for the duration of the school year. We focused on gender, sexual and reproductive health, and girls' education. On Youth Day, the girls held a "causerie educatif" for the community on HIV/AIDS, early marriage/pregnancy, and girls' education. It went well and the girls were very proud of themselves.
She also sent us some thank you letters, translated by Ryan Mitchell, an A2Empowerment Volunteer.
